Dr. Maria Grazia DE MICHELE – R&D scientist & PM
Expertise: An expert in innovative solutions for the development of technologies in the environmental field, Maria Grazia leads research and development initiatives focused on sustainable chemistry, including DES systems, encapsulation technologies, and custom formulations. She ensures scientific rigor, cross-functional collaboration, and efficient project management from early research to industrial scale-up.
